Senior Faculty Mid-Year Meeting Triggers Evolution

When four seasoned professionals get together in the same room, aligned around the common good, amazing breakthroughs can happen.  The Senior Faculty of the IAOM met in August to take the pulse of the evolving the organization and make substanative adjustments to its future in the realm of Physical therapy education. They were clear on two things: wanting to be a resource for Physical Therapists to achieve transformation and the objective to not burden existing human resources.  The brainstorming incited next phase positioning of COMT certification and alternative, less taxing ways of delivering coursework.  Most importantly they considered a wholistic look of what the IAOM will offer the practitioner of the future.
