VISION STATEMENT
IAOM-US examination and management strategies are the standard of care for a client’s non-invasive musculoskeletal management.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the IAOM-US is to deliver comprehensive education to healthcare professionals, combining documented evidence with sound clinical reasoning in professional practice. This incorporates evidence-supported, diagnosis-specific management of pain and dysfunction, diagnosis-inclusive reactivation of the sensorimotor system, and client-specific restoration offunction. The IAOM-US is committed to respecting patient biopsychosocial considerations, prioritizing personal and professional relationships, and observing solid, conscientious business practices.

PHILOSOPHY
The IAOM strives to instill a philosophy of examination and treatment in the professional. Precise clinical examination and diagnosis is essential for the success of any management strategy— be it manual therapy, exercise, injection, and/or surgery. This philosophy extends across the entire spectrum of client management, be it the dysfunction correction, injury prevention or performance optimization. The foundation of this philosophy is based on a balance between documented evidence and sound clinical reasoning.
